"Please do not apologize. In truth, I feel sorry for you, as your anger stemmed from my decision to leave your agency. Let me clarify that we only spoke twice; on other occasions, you failed to return my calls despite promising to do so. Certainly, the outcome was not as favorable as anticipated, and you are well aware that this was largely due to Jessie waiting for the flash drive you received but chose not to send—because you were upset. She was unable to review the video footage of the accident, as you withheld the flash drive in an attempt to punish me. However, in the end, your actions did not have the intended effect. Nonetheless, Jessie proceeded to assist with the process, ensured that my car repairs were covered, and even issued a check to reimburse my rental expenses. On top of that, she sent me a check for $500—despite your lack of cooperation. Many thanks to Jessie! You, as the agent, were informed of all the transactions that Jessie carried out. My sincere advice is to allow clients the freedom to transition to other insurance providers without taking it personally or behaving unprofessionally. I wish you and your clients all the best. "I called in early March wanting to cancel my coverage. I no longer needed it after an accident totaled my vehicle. The rep I spoke offered to put a pause on my coverage until I acquired a new vehicle. I agreed and asked if I would be charged while my coverage was paused. I was told no. A couple days later I was charged. I called and asked for refund and was told a check would have to sent to me. I waited a 11 days and called again. I was told the check was sent off the day before. After many questions, I was told to wait another week. After a week passed and no check, I called again upset wanting to know where is this check. I was told it probably was lost in the mail and new one will be sent out. It has now been a month and no check."

"My family and I have been waiting on the side of the interstate for over 12 hours now in Florida waiting for State Farm roadside assistance. We have a RV so they asked us to pay a nominal upfront for this “free” service in the amount of $105. Then they said they can’t give us a time estimate or tell us if anyone will be able to get us. That was 12 hours ago. Out of desperation m, we started calling companies on our own after 12 hours and found our own company within 5 minutes of calling but the expense if very high ($2500). State Farm could not tell us how much would be covered if we chose this service and had no provision to help. The person on the roadside assistance line said she would cancel our roadside request if I kept asking questions. She became more helpful when I asked if the call was being recorded. It is terrifying to sit with semis coming within a foot or two of your vehicle at full speed for over 12 hours. We have had insurance through this company for over 20 years. Everyone deserves better than this. Put people above your profits. If you had reached out to the local towing companies with a fair quote, they would have come within 30 minutes. That is what we were told. Please at least have a provision to estimate out of pocket costs if you can’t help. Update: 20 hours on the side of the highway and never anything from State Farm. Thankfully one of tow truck drivers we called in the early morning hours found a driver by noon the next day. We will be canceling our insurance with this company. Hopefully you never have this situation but if you do please k own they will not provide any help."

"There's a reason that local State Farm agencies are worth the extra cost compared to faceless, multi-national corporate insurance companies. Mark and his agents care more because they are your neighbors. If you have to submit a claim, it's not going to a database somewhere in Georgia to be added to a claims rep's virtual queue; you can expect a call with your local area code prefixed. State Farm agencies also make moving flawless. You can trust an agent in your new town as much as you trusted your previous agent, and your current agent will even transfer your information and introduce you! Cost-cutting is not a term you want associated with your insurance coverage. I have never known State Farm to cut corners in the decade I've been insured with them, and Mark is no exception to this level of quality and affability. They're more than worth trusting with your home, your auto, and your life!"
